BackBiter™ Tie-Back Lanyard with Sofstop™ Shock Absorber.

The BackBiter™ Tie-Back Lanyard is specifically designed for tying back. The 5K™ Snap Hook has a fail-proof gate and a 5000-lb. capacity, making tying back safe at every angle. Can be used for direct connection to approved anchor points. Lanyard is constructed of Cordura® nylon webbing with tensile strength of 12,000 lb., providing five times the abrasion resistance of other materials. Ideal for tying off on rough surfaces. The BackBiter™ includes a Sofstop™, a compact shock-absorbing pack, which reduces the force of a fall to no more than 900 lb. Eliminates the need for a separate anchorage connector, reducing inventory and cost. Exceeds all applicable OSHA, ANSI and CSA Standards, including ANSI Z359.1.
