NSA's gloves are available in water-resistant and waterproof versions and have been tested to EN 511 (European Standard for Protective Clothes Against Cold) and other test methods such as the IFTH (Lyon, France) reference method for immersion in Liquid Nitrogen - ZL0102 (waterproof style only).
This generously cut high-heat protective mitt is made from Zetex Plus™ material with a thumb and palm patch for extra protection. The lining is made from reverse heavy wool for protection and comfort. Zetex Plus material is a coated, high temperature fiberglass cloth that gives this mitt high durability.
