Designed for everyday wear but with the performance needed for an emergency rappel or belay. Our anodized aluminum swivels are available in two sizes to allow users to select the strength, weight and dimensions best suited to their specific needs. Whether used in a rescue haul system, helicopter operations, or rope access, the addition of a swivel can help prevent system lines from wrapping around each other, while at the same time reducing spin caused by loading a free-hanging rope.

The well-engineered Traverse 540° is a patented, self-locking, easy-to-rig device that meets demanding drop-test criteria: able to hold falling loads quickly while limiting the peak force. The symmetrical design reduces the risk of improper rigging. A built-in release lever discharges the tension on the belay rope, eliminating the need for a release hitch.

A Classic CMC Innovation. A CMC original design that has withstood the test of time, our Anchor Plates keep the carabiners holding the different parts of your rescue system from jamming together. The hardware becomes easier to see, making safety checks more accurate. It can also keep you from clipping a carabiner into the wrong loop of the anchor web. Mobile fall-arrest device for rope. With its unique locking system, the ASAP is a reference product in fall protection for workers at height. In normal use, the device moves freely along the rope without any manual intervention and accompanies the user in all his movements. In case of shock or sudden acceleration, the ASAP locks on the rope and stops the user. The ASAP may also be combined with an ASAP’SORBER energy absorbing lanyard to work at a distance from the rope.
