The North 7600 Series Full Face Piece Respirators are designed to provide eye, face and respiratory protection while providing optimum comfort. It is the most comfortable mask available, double flange sealing area made from medical grade silicone for a comfortable fit and optimum facepiece to face seal. While affording an over 200 degree field of vision, the hard coated polycarbonate lens protects the wearer's eyes and face against irritating gases, vapors and flying particles.
Technologically advanced features position the 9000 full face respirator as the leader in its field. The exclusive over-molded lens design eliminates the usual heavy clamping frame to create an innovative full face with lighter weight, greater field of vision, fewer parts, minimal maintenance and completely free of metal parts.
This respirator features a wraparound lens combined with a soft pliable silicone facepiece and Advantage European-style harness
With its UniBond over-mold facepiece, AnthroCurve™ face seal, and low profile design, the Advantage 420 Respirator is the superior option for respiratory protection. The over-mold facepiece and face seal ensure the unit provides an excellent fit and comfort to the wearer. The unique yoke and harness design (patent pending) allows a user to easily don and doff the state-of-the-art respirator while maintaining a customized fit.
Precision crafted to cover a wide variety of respiratory applications, our Advantage 4200 Facepiece works with several different MSA respirators to provide comfortable, cost-efficient performance. Available in both silicone and Hycar, this unit comes in three standard sizes for a snug fit. The facepiece also features a rubber or net harness, and every mask features a standard nosecup for reduced fogging in low-temperature or high-moisture environments.
Auto-Air Carts provide fully automatic reserve air for work in hazardous environments. The Auto-Air Cart provides a system approach to breathing air filtration. One unit contains a full Grade-D filtration unit and either a pneumatic or electric reserve air system. Choose a cart size based on the desired amount of reserve air to allow workers to safely egress the work area. The pneumatic versions should be selected in hazardous and potentially explosive environments.
The Auto-Air™ filtration system was developed to provide automatic reserve air in the event of either electrical failure or reduced pressure from the main air source while working in IDLH or hazardous environments. In the event of a pressure or electrical failure, the Auto-Air system automatically switches to the reserve air cylinder(s). Local and optional remote alarms signal the workers that the primary air system has failed and switched to the back-up air system.
These portable Grade-D filtration systems are designed to provide breathing air for a specific number of workers. The system filters inlet air to provide respirator users with Grade-D quality air and monitors for CO and/or Oxygen.
