Anchor straps have a tough job, and see a lot of wear and tear. Over the years, we’ve learned that cuts and abrasion are the greatest threats to their safety and service life. To dramatically increase both, our Anchor Straps now feature two layers of the same durable mil-spec, resin-coated nylon web.

Made from tough #4 duck canvas and a layer of vinyl coated polyester, our Anchor Strap Sleeves protect anchor straps from the elements and surface abrasion, reducing wear and tear and increasing safety and service life. Available in four sizes. (XL Anchor Strap Sleeve is for use on both our XL and XXL Anchor Straps).

The CMC Ascender rope grab utilizes a spring-loaded cam to facilitate progression on life safety rope. Widely used by rescue teams as a rope clamp for an attachment to a litter harness tender line, as a travel restrict rope grab, ascending rope, and other applications where a mechanical rope grab provides greater efficiency. Because there is a need for a quick extrication device when spinal immobilization is not a priority, the CMC/SKEDCO Drag-N-Lift Harness™ was developed and engineered as a means to rapidly package and extract a patient from a confined space.The device enables the rescuer to provide a fast load-and-go technique that allows the patient to be packaged efficiently and securely for a vertical lift, horizontal carry out or drag extraction.

The design of our redesigned CSR2 (Confined Space Rescue) Pulley is stronger yet lighter and incorporates 7/16 in (11 mm) to 1/2 in (13 mm) life safety rope. Ideal for industrial applications as well as many rescue operations, the CSR2 uses our proprietary, patented locking system, which eliminates a toothed cam or Prusik so it can be easily and safely released while under load.

This compact device can measure force up to 20 kN, and with two sampling modes, the ENFORCER LOAD CELL monitors systems and logs drop testing in high resolution. Quick Links are gaining popularity for use in situations for which carabiners are not recommended, such as when a tri-axial loading cannot be avoided. The Delta shape can be used to rig anchors and can be used as a chest harness connector. While slower to open and close than a carabiner, they can be more secure when tightened down, and cost less.

A superior handling rescue rope, New England Ropes KM III static kernmantle rope features composite construction, with the continuous filament polyester sheath braided over a continuous nylon fiber core. Featuring a weight-balanced construction with the sheath and the core each representing half the total weight, KM III is torque-balanced to eliminate any spin during a rappel.
